AI helps classify the work. You see deliverables and a fixed scope price, or a question when more detail is needed.
An available editor chooses the job. Keep feedback and decisions in the project conversation.
Check the delivery, request an included revision if needed, then accept. After about seven days without a reply, a delivery is accepted automatically.

Respect the person doing the work
Free help belongs in its own space. Editors explicitly opt in, see that the work is unpaid, and decide for themselves.
Doing free work never buys better access to paid projects. Customers who want to pay an editor can do so from their very first request.

Small, clearly defined fixes start at $4. Our scope review estimates hands-on effort and shows a price before checkout. Missing details prompt a clarification. Large or ambiguous productions need individual scoping. Tax, where applicable, appears at checkout.
You can use up to three volunteer requests. These go to a separate queue of editors who explicitly chose to help without payment. A match or delivery time is not guaranteed. You can choose a paid edit at any time.
The editor receives temporary access to your Vidmoat project. While assigned, they are the only person editing it. You can follow the conversation, review delivery and request one revision within the agreed scope. Access ends when the handoff closes.
An unclaimed request expires after about seven days. A refund is then recorded for the team to process. Refunds are handled manually; expiry does not mean your bank has already received the money.
One round of changes within the original scope. Extra deliverables, new footage, purchased assets or AI generation are not automatically included. Discuss a new scope before committing to additional work.
You do not have to finish it alone
